Sydney's Dance Recital

This past year Sydney has been taking Ballet from Miss Heidi.  She absolutely LOVES dance! She loves everything about dance, but one of her favorite parts is the curtsey.  Last week she had a recital with her class.  They did a clown and circus theme. She did a great job!

Mothers Day 2012

This year was a FANTASTIC Mothers Day!! It started with sleeping in until 7:00 on Sunday morning. Now this might be early for some people, but for my kids it is letting me sleep in. While I was sleeping in Ryan and the kids made me my favorite breakfast.  Hot Chocolate with French Vanilla syrup! YUMMY!! While I was sleeping Sydney and Tyler got up and colored pictures for me.  Sydney put post its around the house and sent me on a scavenger hunt to find my present.  It was so cute that they thought of me and wanted to make my day special.  Ryan and Tyler had gone to my favorite store, Real Deals, and picked out a birdhouse.  It looks so cute on my mantel.  For church Sydney and Tyler sang with the Primary and smiled and sounded great.  After church I got to take a nap and read books with my kids and watch America's Funniest Home Video.  Ryan made steak, salad and rolls for dinner.  It was such a good mothers day.  I wanted to spend my day celebrating what I do every day. Being a Mom.  It is my greatest challenge,my greatest happiness, and what I spend all my time doing. I'm really blessed to have such a great family.  I love Ryan for helping the kids make me feel so special and I love being their Mom!! Thanks guys!
